There are many of species of Termites. All over the world, there are over 2,700 termite species. Termites cause up to 5 Billion dollars worth of damage in just the United States alone. And wood isn’t the only thing they eat: Some termites have been known to eat plastic, fabric and wallpaper.

Worldwide, rats and mice spread over 35 diseases. These diseases can be spread to humans directly, through handling of rodents, through contact with rodent feces, urine, or saliva, or through rodent bites. Diseases carried by rodents can also be spread to humans indirectly, through ticks, mites or fleas that have fed on an infected rodent.
Did you know insulation can start to deteriorate after 10 or 15 years? As it flakes, the inhalation and risks grow. Insulation can get fungus in it if your crawl space has moisture issue, also rodents and wildlife can cause insulation to deteriorate much faster.
According to the CDC “Bed bugs, a problem worldwide, are resurging, causing property loss, expense, and inconvenience. The good news is that bed bugs do not transmit disease. The best way to prevent bed bugs is regular inspection for signs of an infestation.”
German cockroaches are more than just nuisance pests – they have been linked to disease transmission by picking up germs on the spines of their legs as they crawl through decaying matter. These germs are then transferred to food and other common surfaces that humans frequently touch.
